My NBN keeps dropping out / disconnecting, I have to reboot the modem multiple times a day and reconnect on HUAWEI gateway website. It's so frustrating, and I am not able to connect to the tech chat as its "full / not accepting chats" weirdly enough. Can someone help here, my internet must've disconnected at least 6 times today!
