My internet adsl2+ is not working

Hello TPG Team,
We just returned from a holiday overseas and since last 2 days ours internet is not working. The internet does gets connected but it says no internet access. Few months back we had the same issue and it took a long while to resolve the issue and now again we are experiencing internet issues. Could someone please help us resolve it ASAP

I've checked the account and it seems that you were able to contact our Tech team. The case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation. I'll chase it up with them and have someone to contact you within the day.
