My modem WIFI has not been working since 10th of April and I don’t know how to order a new one

Hi

The first I have problem with TPG modem:I used the modem less than one year.

My modem WIFI has not been working since 10th of April and I don’t know how to order a new one

Second, why you are disable the home phone for contacting to TPG with 131423 number?

Many times, Itry contact to TPG , but unfortunaitly I coudnt.

my username, my TPG account name.
