Hi @Paramjitbal . Can you see the modem wifi signal on your mobile phone or tablet?
If not, the wifi might be disabled in the config, or there might be a switch that turns it on and off, or it is broken.
If the wifi is on, how far from modem to extender? Can your phone detect a signal there?
