NBN 0.19MBPS Download Speed......

Hi Team, I've been attempting to contact you for three weeks now....my NBN SuperFast Bundle is running at 0.19MBPS....on a minimum 13MBPS minimum plan....attempts to contact you via the telephone, chat or app are all failing....this is not satisfactory....even the complaints form on your website doesnt work.... Now you may perceive the above to be aggressive, however, imagine the frustration of your customer with no support.. I kindly request someone to call me back .... my account details should be able to be accessed appropriately. Regards Samuel

From our sytem we see your are getting good sync speed .

If possible could you pls send me screenshots of your speedtest results. You can do by visiting

Also pls let me know if you are using wifi or  hardwired to the modem. 

If you are using wifi which frequency are you using, there are two 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz.
