NBN 50. Very slow download speed. Between 0.0 to 0.1 MBPS upload speed!!

Usually get 42-46 MBPS download at night, now around 30 at best, more often below 10 (!)

Upload speed is even more appaling - consistently at 0.1 MBPS over the last few days, sometimes at 0. It's basically unusable. No NBN outage according to NBN website.

Have done all the power off and power on, resetting router etc etc
