NBN 50 getting very low download fast upload

Getting the above speeds consistantly over the past few weeks or longer.

Becoming very frustrating. I believe download should always be much faster than upload, how can I fix this?

We're sad to know that you're having difficulty with the speed of your service. We're able to locate the account using your community details and ran an initial test. The test result shows a passing speed on the line and connected for 6h 42m.

For testing purposes, please run a speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable via www.speedtest.net. Feel free to post the test result on this thread.
