Get online support
Last night had short power outage.
Have rebooted NBN FTTC Box. Have pulled cables and waited and reinserted.
No result.
Still clicking and second light that looks like a chain flashing red.
No fix after 12 hours.
Please advise.

Was working great until power outage.
Since power came back on FTTC box just clicks and no amount or resetting or waiting does anything.
Can I get this escalated to NBNCO and also order a new NBN FTTC Box?

We checked the account and it shows that the internet is working after the technician visit today.
