NBN Cable Broadband Unlimited Superfast slow speed

I have paid for NBN Cable Broadband Unlimited Superfast offer  which states that i would get 200 MBs

However I am currently not getting any were near this speed.

I have paid for it

Speed test by Olkla gives 50 Mbs
