Our NBN has just dropped out and is not connecting. Can you please investigate the issue

Thanks for posting your concern.

 

We've checked the account and learned that your service was affected by an NBN network outage. The issue was resolved on the same day as the NBN field technicians were able to replace the faulty hardware. We can detect that the internet is already working within specifications.
