NBN Constant dropout

For the last couple of days my NBN connection has been frequently dropping out.

This morning it has been connecting for a couple of minutes then dropping out. After several minutes the router reconnects only to drop out again after a couple of minutes. I have disconnected the power to the router and reconnected it again but the issue still persists.

Seeking some help to rectify this issue please.
