NBN Down

Hi Guys

Connection Light on NBN FTTC Box is blinkinmg red or shoudl i say its also clicking red. Has been down since 10PM last night. Am dependent on this for work. NBN report no outages. Please advise next steps

So turns out the NBN/Telstra PIT is flooded most likely.  Unbelivably they can't get a technician out until Tuesday. 

Not what you woudl call a quick turn around really.
