Hi,
We had an NBN outage a couple of days ago. We were advised that it had been resolved as of 9:21am yesterday morning. However, we have been unable to subsequently reconnect.
I lodged a fault yesterday but have heard nothing since. Can someone please look into it?

If your address is not listed, send us a private message and we'll search for your account to run tests.

You may need to reach a certain level hence no option to PM yet. We've also tried on our end but it's also not available.
