NBN Drop Outs multiple times a day

Have tried the internet help chat but it's busy.

Hi,

We are having internet problems. Complete dropouts of download speed of less than 1mbps even with no-one using the internet.
Doesn't matter where you are in the house, the internet is unusable. Currently using my mobile data to send this.
We have done a hard reset of the NBN box and the modem supplied by TPG and we have to do it at least 3-4 times a day. We wait 5 mins before turning it back on.
Makes it very difficult to work from home along with school work for an 8-year-old.
Started last week, maybe Thursday or Friday.
