No internet connection

Hi TPG,

Can someone please contact me urgently, I require the internet to be able to work from home and there seems to be no internet connection at all at the moment, it started yesterday by dropping in and out constantly to not being able to connect at all, I’ve tried turning the modem off and also resetting the router itself but still nothing.
