We've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network. Also, we do not throttle the service of our customers.
The connection speed that your modem is getting from the service is within specification. Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection?

Thanks for that ... now 2/3 download speed but obviously better than before. Upload is as per normal high 30's
