Hello, im a nbn100 plan user
Form the moring of 25/04/2019, the download speed of my network is really solw. I’ve trid to reset the modem and that NBN box, directly connect the cable to devices, try different device to test speed, using different speed test website or app. the download speed is still really slow. I tried to upgrade my previous plan from nbn50 to nbn100. And it is still reallly slow download speed. btw, the connection type of NBN is HFC.

After troubleshooting, it seems that the case needs further investigation with the help of our Engineering team. They've lodged the fault with NBN Co to check if there's a need of an NBN technician to help us to resolve the issue. We are still waiting for their response which usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
