NBN FTTC Connection device Setup.

Hi, just hoping someone can help. I have plugged in the NBN Connection device and modem but the NBN connection device keeps having the blue lights flashing but never connecting. Has been over 1 week and everytime I call and get through to TPG I get told someone will call me to sort it out but I never get called. I just get text messages over and over telling me to connect my device to connect to the NBN. Seems my weekends are now spent waiting on hold listening to TPG Messages!
