Our internet has dropped out this morning - we have tried resetting and leaving the modems off for a while but still no internet connection. I have checked the NBN website and there is no outages in my area. The NBN modem doesn't connect fully - the power and downstream lights are steady, the upstream is flashing and the online is off.
We have exact problem since yesterday morning. Identical lights you have described. Phoned tpg support and waited in queue for 2 hours 45 mins before being cut off. How was your issue resolved mcgee? No outages in our area either.
