Get online support
About 4 weeks ago, our NBN started resetting itself frequently and gets a new IP address. Before this, everything was fine and stable. We did see very occassional changes in IP address, but now it's happening up to several times a day. This is very annoying for 2 reasons:
1. We are constantly having to update our white listed IP addresses while working on web development projects.
2. The connection drops out for a few minutes every time this happens.
Could we please get this addressed ASAP?
