Hi,
Currently, I am using TPG ADSL2+. I have upgraded to TPG NBN connection.
On last Monday, I did receive NBN network connection device, TPG modem and SMS
confirming that TPG NBN service is ready. After that, I did connect NCD, Modem
as per instruction. However, it is not getting connected to NBN. I am not getting
3 solid blue line in Network connection device rather it is showing blue (blinking) light for
connection light and DSL light. Yesterday, I did contact customer support and
after long waiting, one person talked with me. She checked my connection and told me reset
NCD and modem, I did reset but nothing happened. Later she told me she will escalate
this issue to technical support team and will get notification by 24hrs. I did not
receive any call/response from TPG since then. Please do needful to fix my issue.

We have located the account using your community details. We can see that the issue has been escalated to our Provisioning Team and they are now working on sending a TPG Technician to investigate further.

Yesterday, I did receive a call from TPG regarding my issue. The person told me that TPG technician will visit to my address and will check my issue in the next week.
