NBN FTTC

I have received the message from tpg and have plugged in my FTTC and modem. The power light and the second light is flashing and then the device clicks.
There was previously a connection with IiNet at the property but I have connected the FTTC into the telephone adapter on the alternate side.
Still no internet light...
