NBN FTTN issue Berwick VIC

Have had increasing drop outs the last couple of days- now it’s dropping out every 5-10 minutes. TPG “can’t take our call”. I work from home, we also run a business from home. So far it’s cost us almost 2 days wage. This just seems totally unfair and ridiculous?!

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connection drops out?
