Get online support
Went out shopping this morning, and when i got back the DSL light was flashing on the modem and the internet has not worked since. I checked my address at https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status and there was no outage reported, so not sure why it would be down. Only thing I can think of it that it rained today, and that's the first time in quite a while!
I did notice that the NBN site said there is a planned outage overnight 12:30 - 5:30am, but this planned outage isn't on the TPG site and it shouldn't happen until tonight anyway.
Anyone else have this issue? Could it be an account issue?
