Went out shopping this morning, and when i got back the DSL light was flashing on the modem and the internet has not worked since. I checked my address at https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status and there was no outage reported, so not sure why it would be down. Only thing I can think of it that it rained today, and that's the first time in quite a while!     I did notice that the NBN site said there is a planned outage overnight 12:30 - 5:30am, but this planned outage isn't on the TPG site and it shouldn't happen until tonight anyway.   Anyone else have this issue? Hi,    The internet is not working for us today, it actually went on and off a few times this morning but came back again after a short while. Then the DSL light on the modem just flashed for a bit and stopped flashing. After restarting the modem, the DSL light flashes for a while and then becomes a solid light, but the internet light never comes on and there is no internet.    The modem console can be connected to, it says there is no connection to the internet but everythingn else looks fine from what I can see.  There are no outages reported for our area on the NBN outage site.    Is there anyway to check if there is a problem at the server end because it looks like it is connecting (DSL light on), but no internet is being found.    Cheers ... There was an outage last night due to storms in Adelaide and NBN was down last night most of the day. the internet didn't come back on after the power did and TPG sent messages about an issue. TPG sent messages with status updates, which was great, but when a report that the internet was back working again come through, our modem won't connect.    This used to happen every time the power goes off, or the modem gets disconnected for some reason, but it hasn't happened for a while so not sure what is going on here. Have tried to restart the modem a few times and just have the DSL light flashing over and over with no connection .... any way to resolve this?  ... Hi,  Every time the power goes off the internet disconnects and won't connect again. We have called TPG support several times and they do a series of tests and then eventually delegate to a tech person. We never get a call or anything but the internet magically comes back on again the next day.    Well the power went off again and you would never guess, the internet won't connect again. I did a search for answers online and apart from restarting (which I have done) there doesn't seem to be any other solution.    I did notice that the password in the modem was set to 'noPassword' which seemed a bit odd to me, I tried changing it to the actual account password but it didn't work, maybe the account is locked?    It would be good to get a solution that enabled us to fix this ourselves because the power goes out several times a year.    thanks Neil   ...
