NBN FTTP installation duration

I was told on email that NBN installation will be activated within 2 working days. But it was been more than 2days now. And I'm checking on installation process everyday and it's still saying processing. I am not sure if this is working closely. Please check this our internet activation.

I was able to locate the account using the given details and confirm that the installation has been completed for the new address. Please connect the router to the UNI-D port 1 on your NBN Connection Box and the phone service will be delivered via the UNI-V port 1.
