NBN Fault ticket 10144943

No DSL or Internet lights on modem. Fault occurred on Friday 10th and has not yet been resolved. Getting verry little feedback on situation after many calls, emails & texts to TPG. Please respond & inform me of current position re fix.

The team lodged the case to NBN Co. who has booked a technician to further investigate the issue. We have sent the technician visit schedule via SMS and we have also received your confirmation about it.

Thank you for your update on my issue with NBN access.
Will await attendance by NBN technician tomorrow Wednesday to get this problem resolved.
