Hi, ive called TPG last week about the HFC NBN frequent dropouts and speed problems and they sent a text saying that someone will contact me within 48 hours which they havent. It got better in the 2 days after i called TPG but now its back to frequent drop outs anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours, and the internet speed has slowed to where i cant play 1080p videos on youtube when usually I can.

I've since checked the status of your connection an it appears to be connected for more than 14hrs now.
