NBN HFC Internet stop working from 5 days

1. ARRIS box ONLY Downstream  light keeps blinking - Green

2, Power cycled the ARRIS box | Still same

3. Hard Reset the ARRIS box | Still same

 

Trying to contact the customer service several times, but unable to contact.

Helpdesk response with an email saying that someone contact within 4 hours, but now 4 days nobody contacted me. Appreciate if someone can help

Welcome to the community!

 

We're sad to know that you're having issue with the service for almost 5 days now. We're able to locate an account using your community details, we've seen that you have been in contact with our Email Support Team and the issue has been raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation.

 

Based on the latest log on file, this has been escalated to NBN Co and scheduled a technician visit tomorrow, Thursday, 06 February 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

 

We'll pass this on to them for additional reference, further updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call. Let us know should you require further assistance.
