NBN HFC Outage - Middle Park, QLD, 4074

Hi Guys,

We had a storm last night, and after it my HFC NBN is out. 

 

The ARRIS CM8200 NBN modem has power, but reset its self after the downstream light flashes for a bit. No other light comes on (Normally all 4 Power,Downstream,UpStream and Online) come on.

 

Tried calling support but was advised by the phone system that they were busy and wasnt able to log a fault - It said try online. My tpg username is the same as this forum.

 

Can you log a fault with NBNCo please?

The case was lodged with our Engineering team and they have booked a technician to look into the account on Tuesday (19/03) between 8AM - 12PM.
