NBN HFC daily drop out

Hi,

I am currently experiencing daily dropout at 10:30am AEST. Need to switch off both Wifi and NBN modem for 10mins and then reconnect around 11:00am. This happens everyday.

Please help.

Have you contact TPG technical support about it?
