Hi, similarly to what many other customers have raised already, NBN on HFC continues to dropout frequently even after the first NBN visit. I think this merits a proper investigation by TPG / NBN, there is clearly something wrong with the connection and neither TPG nor NBN know what's going on –in the meanwhile customers can't work from home. I'm paying for a 50 Mbps connection but working connected to my Tesltra mobile phone having to pay extra data charges
