NBN HFC not connecting

Is there any HFC NBN problems in postcode 2233?
My Arris box has been flashing the online light all day. It regularly reboots and tries to connect but after the power, upstream and downstream lights come on the online starts flashing and never stops. The trouble shooting suggests it’s stuck trying to download a Config file?
I’ve rebooted and even left it off for an hour but no luck and no internet.

Before performing any troubleshooting steps, we advise our customers to check if their location or area is affected by a planned or unplanned network outage. We've created an article on How to Check for NBN Network Outage.

In your case, the internet issue was caused by a faulty NBN NTD box. The NBN technician that attended the site replaced the faulty device and resolved the issue. The modem shows a stable connection and performing within specification.
