NBN Hcf Constant internet drop outs

Hi I had NBN hcf internet installed 2 weeks ago and have been having constant issues with the internet connection dropping out. Some times as often as every 3 minutes the internet connection disappears and the internet light goes out on the modem and I have to wait a few minutes for it to come back online. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact customer support with no luck, I’ve reset the modem with no change and I don’t know what else to do!!
I’m working from home and this is preventing me being able to do my job - I had no issues previously on my asdl connection so I’m so upset that I was hassled to be ‘upgraded’. How can I fix this? I live in Randwick 2031and I’ve checked and there have been no issues reported with the NBN

Our system shows your NBN-HFC NTD box up and stable for 2 days now.

Can you confirm your service is up and running, and are you using the TPG supplied modem?
