I heard from a tpg worker today about cancelling my plan as I’ve moved house and she thought it was a sale and when I said cancel plan I was just hung up on! Come one TPG. I’m happy to pay for your service it’s just I don’t need it anymore

My apologies if you are not able to reach our support people. Have you tried to cancel it by online?
