NBN Moving Home

I'm moving home soon and attempting to relocate my current plan (NBN12 unlimited, 7 months into contract) to my new premises.

I have followed the steps in this post but unfortunately when I log in to my account and click the 'moving home' button it is trying to get me to sign up for a new plan / pay for another modem etc. Not only that it seems to say ADSL plan even though my contract details list the correct NBN plan...

I have tried calling the moving home team phone number - I was on hold for over an hour before being diconnected as "no one was available to take my call and to try again later". I have also tried to go through the online chat system numerous times, but it continuously says to try again later.

I have checked and NBN is available at my new address.

How do I apply to have my current service transferred?
