NBN Internet connection randomly drop out again

Hi Team

Since have NBN installed i experenced randomly drop out for few day then found out NBN issue, however after a month since yesterday same issue happen again.

I performed same troubleshooting steps: Reboot modem, reset configuration, hard restart NBN black box etc the line was active for 10 mins then drop out again, i have to keep rebooting my modem get internet back online not sure does the issue caused by NBN or other service?!

Hi @raywu8888, the connection looks stable at the moment. Please continue monitoring this and let us know if the issue persists.

It would be best if you also check what light on the modem and NBN box normally goes off whenever the connection drops. Thank you.

it get a bit stable after attempted 3 times unplug everything and plug in again inc. router and NBN box..

let see the line connection can keep active stable..
