NBN NOT WORKING

Hello There,
My NBN is not working from yesterday. There is no positive sign or update on the situation. With this unprecedented time where we need to work from home and NBN not working puts us in a ver difficult situation. This should be fixed ASAP. Can I get better answer than just UNKNOWN REASONS.
Address is 203 Auburn Road Yagoona 2199.
