TPG NBN sucks

It has been last 3 days that NBN in my area i.e. 203 Auburn Road Yagoona 2199 is not working, it sucks as we only been told that NBN is investigating, I don't understand what type of investigation going on by NBN.
It needs to get better..
Respond with positive outcome please.. its Work From Home time and we have NBN issues.. who will pay for the data being over used on phone...
