My network has been dropping out a lot over the past few weeks. Sometimes it was a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, and the longest was five days when I couldn't use the internet. I had your staff come to my door to check on my NBN network on March 13th. The tech told me I needed a new modem, I bought a new modem but it didn't work at all it cost me $60, if it wasn't the modem then who would be responsible for my loss. Can anyone tell me what happened.
