NBN New Development Charge

Our developer paid $5600 of NBN New development charge for the whole apartment (total 14 units). However TPG still charged me $300 NDC. I have presented the $5600 receipt to TPG from the developer to NBN but TPG refused to refund/credit to me. The reason was my address was not in the receipt. How can I get my refund?

We understand that this case was escalated to our Complaints resolution team; Customer relations and an investigation were done with the help of NBN Management.

 

We'll chase this with your case manager and have him to contact you via Email or phone call by Monday or Tuesday this coming week as they are close on Weekends.
