My NBN (FTTC) has been out pretty much all day. I have unplugged and then plugged back in all cables and boxes to their original state. The FTTC box is running as per normal, the modem does not show a green light for "Internet". Is there any unplanned outage happening at present?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the NBN service has been transferred to another provider, which is why the internet is not working.
Did you contact or inquire another ISP about the NBN service?
Are you able to send a PM with your home address to confirm that we have the correct one?
