NBN Outage Sydney’s Inner West

Hi there,

My internet has been down since 10am 14/4/2023. Not long after I was notified by text from TPG, I checked the nbnco website for outages, which confirmed there was one. Initially it said this would be resolved by 15/4/23 at 12:30am. It’s now 5:28pm and the internet is still not working and no timeframe for completion has been provided on the nbnco website. Please help.
