NBN Outage

My elderly mothers NBN connection/phone line has been down since Tuesday. We called TPG and they had her run through all the usual tests then told her to call the NBN Co. She has since called the NBN Co and they have refered her back to the service provider.

 

How do we get this resolved urgently when we are being given the run around and in the meantime we have an elderly person with health issues without phone access?
