NBN Plan Price Increase

I also received an email notice of the price increase. The email also contained an invitation to move to  NBN100 (from NBN50) for no additional cost for 12 months. When I clicked the link and submitted the form, I got a message saying 'Request Denied'.

I’ve been with TPG for the past 3 yrs no problems BUT in the last month have had my internet connection continually dropping out they keep insisting there’s no problem but when there is an outage no one answers the customer service line no one gets back to via this page and they have the audacity to increase it to $75 per month and they say it’s an NBN increase just a joke appalling service! Media releases state the NBN speed will increase with no extra cost so I don’t believe TPG are being honest re this increase
