NBN Plan upgrade error

I am trying to upgade my NBN plan (10mbps --> 50mbps), but I am getting this error code when I try to do it online.

We've created an article that will guide customers in Changing NBN Plans through My Account.

In your case, the service was installed/activated last 20 March and we require 24 to 48 hours for the account to settle the change in the before customers may change or upgrade their plan again.

We understand that you've successfully upgraded your NBN plan to 50/20 speed tier on the 22 March 2020,
