Hello All,


I noticed that TPG NBN plans allow customers to change their plan anytime.

After reading online at the NBN Plans page I decided to try the change of plan myself.


I understand that I can log into my account, then choose to change the plan I am changing to- either up or down in quota and speed tier with no fee and my contract does not restart (which is great).


Does anyone know how long it takes for the change of plan to come into effective- is it immediate or is it only on the next billing cyle?

I requested a plan change yesterday via the website and received an email to advise the change would take 1-2 days. Hope this helps.
