NBN SPEED (nbn50)

Hi just wounding why my NBN on nbn50 plan (FTTN) only reaches about half the advertised typical evening speed at low 20s Mbps even when not in peak times?

Hi @pureaussie 

You are still under our old NBN25 boost plan, which is why you are getting half of the speed.

You need to upgrade to the new Standard plus NBN50 plan that will give you a typical evening speed of 42.6 Mbps. Upgrading the plan is for free.
