Hi,
I've had NBN installed for a couple of weeks now, but the speed seems as slow as ADSL, with videos buffering, and drops where I've had to restart the modem.
Can any MODs please answer why this is happening?
This is the latest speed test done:
Hi @samashed
Welcome to TPG Community!
We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you are enrolled to our basic NBN12/1 plan.
The typical evening speed for this plan is 11.0 Mbps Download and up to 1 Mbps for the Upload. If you are using a WiFi connection, it is possible that signal interference is present in your home which causes the speed to slow down. Are you able to test the speed via Wired as well?
We've created an article that will help you troubleshoot the issue of your WiFi network and slow speed. Check these links; Slow speed issue and Easy Steps to Improve Wi-Fi Connection In Your Home
If you would like to receive more speed, then you might need to consider upgrading to our Standard plus NBN50/20 speed tier, which has a typical evening speed of 42.6 Mbps.
