Hi there. Thank you our NBN is now installed and so so much faster than ASDL.  I have however just received an email from TPG advising that i have used 50% of our Home Phone prepayment ??? We only just reconnected our home phone last night (after about 6 months). Also i had transferred to pay as you go calls so why would my credit card need to be debited for another $20. thanks sandra
